We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you decide you want to amend your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate where possible. However, please note that once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any amendments to it. So if you no longer want your item or would like to exchange for something different, kindly wait for the item to be delivered to your address and send it back to us together with the receipt or proof of purchase immediately. Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you are still having problems, contact us at email@example.com.

We do not offer discount codes at the moment, however, we do run special promotions through our newsletter and text blast from time to time. If you would like to hear about our promotions, please subscribe to our newsletter in the homepage.

Due to high demand, some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly! However, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated. You can also sign up to receive a product notification when your fave items are available again.

Returns and Refunds
Yes, as long as the item(s) being returned reach us within 30 days from the date it was delivered. Only the items that are unworn, unwashed, and still has its tag intact are the ones eligible for return. It must also be in its original packaging.
Kindly send back your purchase together with a receipt or a proof of purchase to 8 Jose Cruz Street, Ugong, Pasig City, 1604 Philippines. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs (non-refundable) of returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach to you may vary.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a certain amount of days. Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Oftentimes, there is a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed directly to you. If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or the gift giver had the item delivered to his address before giving to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify him about your return item.
No, if you don’t want to set up an account with us, we have the option to checkout as a guest. All you’ll need is your contact and shipping information.
